Welcome to NCLEXReviewPro (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or subscribing to our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully. 

1. Service Description 

NCLEXReviewPro is a subscription-based online platform offering NCLEX-RN preparation tools, including: 

  • Study guides 
  • Quiz banks 
  • Video lectures 
  • Audio overviews 
  • Mock exams 
  • Downloadable flashcards 

These resources are intended for individual, self-paced study only. 

2. Subscription & Billing 

  • Subscription is monthly: $18 USD or $25 CAD plus applicable taxes. 
  • Payments are processed via Stripe. 
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. 
  • No refunds are provided once digital content is accessed. 
  • Stripe automatically calculates and applies applicable taxes based on user location. 

3. Account Requirements 

  • Users must be 18 years or older. 
  • Registration requires a valid email address and password. 
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. 
  • Account sharing is strictly prohibited. 
  • Sharing login access or reusing one subscription across multiple users is grounds for termination.  

4. Acceptable Use Policy 

Users may not: 

  • Share, copy, distribute, or publicly post platform content. 
  • Record screen content, repackage notes, or upload any part of our material to forums or websites. 
  • Misrepresent or alter the educational content for use elsewhere. 
  • Use any automated tools to scrape or collect content.  

Access to NCLEXReviewPro is for personal, non-commercial use only. 

5. Intellectual Property 

All platform materials, including design, content, and tools, are protected under copyright and are the sole property of NCLEXReviewPro. Users do not gain any ownership of these materials. 

Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of content may lead to suspension and legal action. 

6. Termination of Access 

We may terminate or suspend your access without refund if: 

  • You breach these terms 
  • You share your account 
  • You redistribute content without permission 
  • We detect fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity  

7. Disclaimer 

NCLEXReviewPro is not affiliated with NCSBN, Pearson VUE, or any official regulatory body. 
Our content is designed to assist in exam preparation but does not guarantee NCLEX-RN licensure or exam success. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

  • NCLEXReviewPro shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the incident.  

9. Governing Law 

Depending on your location, the following data protection laws apply: 

  • Canada: Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) 
  • United States: California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) 
  • EU/EEA: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)  

10. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified via:
